ProCuddleTherapy is a virtual companionship platform designed to help you sleep better and feel less alone. Our companions provide nightly wind-down audio, weekly live sessions, and supportive chat—all from the comfort of your home.
How do I get started?
Browse our companions to find someone whose style resonates with you. Create an account, choose a subscription tier, and you'll start receiving nightly audio from your companion right away.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, all subscribers and companions must be 18 years or older to use our platform.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes, you need an account to subscribe to companions. This helps us personalize your experience and keep your data secure.
Can I try before I subscribe?
Yes! Many companions have sample audio on their profiles so you can hear their voice and style before subscribing.

What subscription tiers are available?
We offer four tiers: Starter ($39/mo) for nightly audio, Core ($79/mo) adds weekly live sessions, Plus ($119/mo) includes AI chat and 5 companion messages, and Premium ($249/mo) for unlimited companion chat with same-day responses.
Can I change my subscription tier?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard > Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription." You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. You can resubscribe anytime.
Can I subscribe to multiple companions?
Currently, subscriptions are one companion at a time. You can switch companions at the end of your billing cycle if you want to try someone new.
What happens when I cancel?
You'll continue to have access to audio and features until your current billing period ends. After that, you'll lose access but your account remains active for if you want to resubscribe.
🎧Audio & Content
When do I receive new audio?
Your companion publishes new wind-down audio every night. Content is typically available by 8 PM in your timezone.
Can I listen to past recordings?
Yes! All subscribers have access to their companion's audio library. Listen to past recordings anytime from your dashboard.
What are the different audio themes?
Companions create audio themed to different feelings: anxious, lonely, restless, sad, and stressed. Choose the theme that matches how you're feeling that night.
Can I download audio for offline listening?
Audio is currently streaming-only to protect our companions' content. We may add offline support in the future.
How long are the audio recordings?
Most recordings are 5-15 minutes, designed to help you wind down and prepare for sleep without being too long.
📺Live Sessions
What happens during live sessions?
Weekly group wind-down sessions with your companion. They guide breathing exercises, gentle conversation, and relaxation techniques. It's like a group meditation with a caring presence.
When are live sessions held?
Each companion sets their own weekly schedule. Check your companion's profile or dashboard for their session times.
Do I have to participate on camera?
No! You can join with camera off and just listen. Participation is optional—many subscribers simply listen while winding down.
What if I miss a live session?
Core and higher tier subscribers can watch recorded sessions anytime. Recordings are available in your dashboard after the live session ends.
Are live sessions private?
Sessions are small group settings with other subscribers. Your real name isn't shown—only your display name. Think of it as an anonymous, supportive community.
💬Chat & Support
How does the chat feature work?
Plus and Premium subscribers get access to supportive chat. AI handles most conversations 24/7, with seamless escalation to your human companion when you need that personal touch.
How many messages can I send to my companion?
Plus subscribers get 5 companion messages per month. Premium subscribers get unlimited companion messages with same-day responses.
Is chat available 24/7?
AI chat is available anytime. Human companion responses depend on their schedule—Premium subscribers get same-day responses during their companion's active hours.
What's the difference between AI chat and companion chat?
AI chat provides supportive conversation and can help with common questions. When you need that personal connection, the AI can escalate to your human companion.
👤Account & Profile
How do I verify my email?
After registering, check your inbox for a verification email. Click the link inside to verify. Check spam if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, go to Settings in your dashboard. You'll need to verify your new email address before the change takes effect.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom. Click "Delete Account" and follow the prompts. Your data will be anonymized in accordance with GDPR.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link valid for 1 hour.
💳Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew until cancelled.
When am I charged?
You're charged when you first subscribe, then on the same date each month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged the prorated difference.
How do refunds work?
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not happy, contact support within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund.
Will I be notified before renewal?
Yes, we send a reminder email 3 days before your subscription renews so you have time to cancel if needed.

Are companions verified?
Yes, all companions go through a verification process before joining our platform. We verify their identity and ensure they meet our community standards.
Is my information private?
Absolutely. We use encryption for all data, never share your personal information, and companions only see your display name—not your real name or contact details.
Can companions contact me outside the platform?
No. All communication happens within ProCuddleTherapy. Companions never have access to your email, phone number, or other contact information.
How do I report inappropriate behavior?
Use the Report feature in the chat or contact support directly. We take all reports seriously and investigate within 24 hours.
What are the boundaries with companions?
Companions provide supportive, platonic companionship. Relationships must remain appropriate and within our community guidelines. Both parties are expected to maintain healthy boundaries.

How do I become a companion?
Visit our "Become a Companion" page and complete the application. We look for people with natural warmth, a soothing voice, and commitment to helping others feel connected.
What do companions do?
Companions record nightly wind-down audio, host weekly live sessions, and respond to subscriber messages. Most companions spend 5-10 hours per week on the platform.
How much can I earn as a companion?
Companions keep 82% of subscription revenue. Earnings scale with subscribers—50 subscribers earns about $2,460/mo, 200 subscribers earns about $9,840/mo.
How do I get paid?
Earnings are sent to your cryptocurrency wallet weekly on Sundays. Minimum payout is $50. You can set up your wallet in Companion Dashboard > Settings.
Do I need special equipment?
You need a quiet space for recording, a decent microphone (even a phone works initially), reliable internet, and a computer for live sessions.
Can I set my own schedule?
Yes! Record audio when it suits you, set your own time for weekly live sessions, and respond to messages on your own schedule (within 24-48 hours).
🔧Technical Issues
The website isn't loading properly. What should I do?
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or try a different browser. If the problem persists, contact support.
I'm not receiving emails from ProCuddleTherapy.
Check your spam/junk folder. Add our email to your contacts. If using Gmail, check the Promotions tab. Contact support if issues persist.
Audio won't play. What should I do?
Check your device volume and ensure your browser allows audio playback. Try a different browser if the issue continues.
I can't join the live session.
Ensure you're using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and have a stable internet connection. Try refreshing the page or rejoining.
